Nursery

Child care is provided for children age 3 and under in our nursery. The nursery is located across the hall from the restrooms and is staffed by caring, CAAPPS certified nursery staff and volunteers. Nursery is available both during worship (9:30 - 10:30 am) and during the discipleship hour (10:45 - 11:30 am).

Children's Message

The Children’s Sermon is a period of about 4-6 minutes during the weekly services at ARC in which the kids are welcomed up to the front of the sanctuary for a special message designed especially for them. This message typically ties into the sermon delivered by the pastor that week, but the content is up to the discretion of the teacher. The message takes place after the Words of Assurance and before the children (3 yrs -1st grade) leave for Children & Worship downstairs.

Children & Worship

Children and Worship creates space for children to experience worship rather than simply learning about it. Through story, art, singing, and wondering, children actively participate by using their senses to know God.

Children are invited downstairs after the Children's Message during the 9:30 AM service.

Children & Worship Music time

After their worship and feast time in Children & Worship, the children 3 years old through first grade gather for a time of praise through singing and playing hand-bells.

Hands of PRaise

Hands of Praise is a worship group for children in grades 1 through 4 to express music with American Sign Language (ASL). Children are encouraged to visualize and ponder the words of praise songs as they sign. We lead worship with sign language approximately 2-3 times each semester.

Sunday School

Join us as we explore God’s word through lessons, activities and challenges as presented in the dWell Sunday School curriculum each week.

F3 - Fuel For Faith

F3 is a time for children 1st - 4th graders to gather in Christ mid-week to fuel the Holy Spirit’s work in their hearts through Bible stories, prayer and activities. Each week, children learn about an aspect of God's Big, Beautiful Story, reflect in spiritual journals, enjoy a snack, work on application projects and explore the lesson through a different station activity (art, drama or games).
